AMICE Congress: The Art of Mutuality

The AMICE Congress is the leading European mutual/cooperative insurance industry event, bringing colleagues together from across Europe.

Our theme is “The Art of Mutuality: People, Purpose, Potential”. We will explore the uniqueness of the mutual and cooperative insurance sector, and showcase the mutual difference.

The Congress will take place on 03-04 June 2024 in Bilbao, Spain. The host for this edition is AMICE member, Seguros Lagun Aro. The Congress will be preceded by a Welcome Reception courtesy of our host on the evening of Sunday 02 June.

The AMICE Congress will take place at the Palacio Euskalduna Conference Centre. Transportation will be provided between the Congress hotel and the Palacio Euskalduna on the morning of 02 June. All conference venues are within approximately 20 minutes’ walk of each other.

AMICE’s Annual General Meeting will take place at the Palacio Euskalduna at 09:00 on 03 June. AMICE members will be sent a separate invitation and notice for the Annual General Meeting.

The AMICE Congress will open directly after the AGM on the morning of 03 June, at 11:30. The day’s Congress will be a mixture of keynote speeches and panel discussions, and will conclude with a “Mutual Meet-Up”, where you will be able to join roundtable discussions or meet informally with other delegates. This will be followed by a Gala Dinner at the Guggenheim Museum; transportation will be provided between the Congress hotel and the dinner venue.

The Congress extends into the final day of 04 June, and will conclude at 15:45.

Delegate places can be reserved via the Congress registration platform, and you will be asked for additional information such as your intention to join the Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, Mutual Meet-Up sessions and excursions. AMICE will issue you with an invoice for your delegate fees.
