AMICE is a member of the employers’ delegation to the social dialogue for the insurance industry, the Insurance Sectoral Social Dialogue Committee (ISSDC).
With the support of the European Commission, the ISSDC brings together employer and employee representatives to develop common agreed positions and joint actions on employment and social topics in the insurance industry.
Topics discussed in the ISSDC include the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace, the social effects of digitalisation, diversity and inclusion, the demographic challenge in the sector, the effects of regulatory requirements and compliance on employees and the implications of teleworking for the workforce.
